Auditor John S. Federer announced today the kick-off of the Annual “Top Dog Contest”, co-sponsored by The Humane Society Serving Clark County.  The contest is open to all Clark County students currently in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.  “We were extremely impressed with all of the entries received last year,” said Federer.  “It was quite evident that the students take pride in their pets and the responsibilities of pet ownership.  I am proud to continue this tradition to help promote the importance of dog licensing and responsible pet care with the youth of Clark County.”
